This week Escher tried sweet potatoes for the first time! This is actually his first food. I originally said that I was going to wait until we moved to start foods, but he has just been so interested in food the past few weeks that I thought I would give it a whirl. Plus, I had a HUGE sweet potato, so I roasted it, then pureed the insides with some water to thin it out. We are pretty sure that he enjoyed it :-)
